The softball bat is balanced and it seems evenly weighted when swinging it. It is ASA/USA, ISF, USSSA, NSA, ISA certified. The bat is ALX50 MILITARY GRADE ALUMINUM ALLOY. The bat I am using is a 34 inch and 28 oz weighted bat.

I mean the only comment I could give on your swing is load the weight back, so as the pitcher starts to move shift that weight to the back leg and hold it, don’t shift back and move forward in the same motion then when the pitch is coming in drive all that weight forward release your arms and push all of your weight into the front leg and twist the back leg letting it go where it wants to go. The big part is loading your body weight, and possibly locking your elbow back so that when you go into your swing you’re putting all of your energy into the swing and the ball instead of going back and forth and possibly rushing into your swing, just sit back and push all the weight forward into the ball.

How’s the surgery thing with fonduplication doin?

I've been doing well. Been lifting a lot. I'm able to bench 135 pounds 10 times in a row with no pain. It was a long build up. Like 10 months after surgery, I couldn't lift more than 20 pounds without my surgery area hurting.
