Eastside residents working to make sure they aren't priced out amid stadium talks 

They are coming to price the locals out and start building new developments and shops, restaurants. Changing the entire East side over time.

Lord God.... Remember your Black people who are strategically being displaced for not fault of their own 🙏

I really just don't understand the hype about this stadium. I wish they were as concerned about improving public transportation as they were about this useless stadium. Jacksonville is always trying to make people that aren't from Jacksonville happy. Let's improve ourselves and help our people make a better city, then let the world come take notice.
