So damned impressed by every demo by R J Ronquillo! Man he is great jamming in every genre I've heard! I have the green Map ... very well made guitar!

R J Ronquillo is one of my favorite guitarists and the jams he making on this video is one more reason why. His note choices make him a real standout in a crowded field. Spectacular!

Rj , you truley are one of my fav guitarists. Im putting you up there ! Your videos on all these guitars. Its never the same. I get new sounds and tones and you are indeed a bad ass of a luthier. On a guitar note. Since peeking in on airlines takes and creations. I thought the MAP was hidious till you rocked it.

When you toggle between pickups there is a marked difference. That guitar sounds great and of course your playing is awesome.

The audio is slightly ahead of the video on this. I love watching RJ play close up like this. You can learn so much from watching him but this one is a little harder because of the tech glitch.

When I was a kid…., Brother you couldn’t give a Airline guitar away…! They were Wards version of the Tasco del Rey…😹😹😹 When I was 20 years old ( Im 67 now..😳 ) I played a Sears ( Old Kraftsman 335 style guitar ) For “ Freakin Money “ it was my Main and only Axe…! The other guitarist in our band ( my Brother-in-law‘s brother, ) had a 68 Gold Top with mini Humbuckers ….! A friend them of mine Donnie white, had a airline map Guitar…, if I remember correctly the body was actually two pieces the center of the guitar I believe was a pressed wood that was not very strong I’m not really sure if these guitars even had a truss rod I do not think they did….! They did not have humbucking pick ups either…! ( as I remember…! ) Donnie and I tried to fix the body of his guitar so the action would be a little closer than a half inch off the neck…!😹😹 we weren’t successful as I remember….! It is amazing how these cheap catalog Guitar styles have made a full Circle….! It is like the old Dan electro Guitars most of those were crap masters also….! I had two or three I have a guitar case amplifier model like Jimmy page uses… I am clueless as to what I ever did with any of those…😹. I really enjoy your videos you are absolute Guitar wizard …!!! If I had 1/20th the skills

i will order but need to know where crafted first. I do not buy Chinese and Indonesian crafted guitars. I know it does not matter where it is manufactured but I am obsessed with the country of origin. I only buy usa, canada, japan, mexico and south korea made ones.

That's about the ugliest guitar I've ever laid eyes on. Great guitarist though.
