"Riyahakuru"? No doubt you are a Sri Lankan. Your compatriots have been familiar with this product for centuries, but you and your ancestors have never been able to pronounce or spell it correctly. This is not exactly rocket science. The word is "rihaakuru" රිහාකුරු . There is no such thing as "riyahakuru" රියහකුරු . There is, however a completely different, coconut-based, sweet product, which your ancestors were also familiar with. It is "dhiyaahakuru" ධියාහකුරු . One is made out of tuna broth, while the other is made out of coconut toddy.
