After 3 hours, Mubert is still generating ONE AI track from the Lofi Girl example you provided.. Is this normal? If so, this is not really an option, and the Lofi tracks Murbert generates generally are fairly bad in quality. Be interested to know if anyone else is having the same experience.

This is somewhat misleading. It's not that easy. I also saw channels that were posting for at least two years and stopped posting because it's not making money. not enough subscribers not enough views. It looks easy because some channels are making big money right now. But what we don't see it's their effort and time spent on branding and promoting, which is a major reason they succeed and it's not easy or something you can just copy.
Once you start peeling the onion its not really simple at all. I just bought a membership in CassetteAI and as soon as I buy it and start creating music the beats suck the longer they go. They might be alright for a 45sec clip but try with 5mins it starts distorting and messing up. Then how are you gonna upload 10hours of lofi video? Well I just now, after watching probably 45 of these type of videos, you stream it on like a OBS on loop.. Had no clue of this. Then you gotta animate and loop your images and preferably create a channel mascot avatar theme or feel or brand of your whole lofi thing. Honestly these AI music generators just are NOT there yet. After many generations you might find a few beats you like but you still have to do so so so so much editing to it cuz the beats are only a few seconds long but you will need whole songs like 3min in length each and about 20 of them to fill out the entire video and in the same feel and sound to piece together to make your video. I do have hope tho cuz I have found many many many channels that r brand new and already monetized. some of these channels are very unique too, not all has to be The Lo-Fi girl. You can put your own spin on it and you have to build a community around your sh t too.
