A quick overview of my Aluminum Casting process used to make parts for my Akira Bike Project. A Steel Kiln and Steel Crucible fired with propane melts a few pounds of Aluminum which is then poured into a sand buried polystyrene form, burning away the polystyrene and exactly taking it's place.
