Ingredients:
1/2kg Beef Sirloin
Sinulid
Sauce
1tsp Magic Sarap
1can Liver spread
200g Tomato Sauce
1/2cup Chopped Tomatoes
1/4cup Onions
1/4cup Garlic
2cups Water
Morcon Filling
2pcs Hotdog
2pcs Sliced Carrots
3pcs Hard boiled egg
Marinade mixture
1/4cup Calamansi
1/2cup Soysauce
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine calamansi juice and soysauce and mix w/ the beef. Marinade overnight or 3hrs.
2. Prepare the morcon filling, assemble the egg, carrots and hotdogs together on a marinade beef then roll it.
3. Secure the beef morcon roll with butcher's twine/thick thread.
4. On a hot pot, put oil, then fried the morcon roll for 2minutes each side. Remove the morcon roll in the pot.
5. On the same pot, sautee garlic and onions. Put the same sauce that you used for your marinade then let it sim for 2minutes.
6. Put tomato sauce and magic sarap then mix it.
7. Add sugar. Then mix
8. Add 2cups of water, put back the morcon roll then let it cook for about 45mins.
9. Remove the morcon then let the sauce boil without the lid until it becomes thick and oily, you can fry the morcon roll again until you achieved the color you desire.
10. Serve.
