Easy and Delicious Prawn Cutlet Recipe | How to make the Perfect Prawn Cutlet Recipe | Sea Food Starters
Prawn Cutlet Recipe - prepared with prawn or shrimp, boiled potatoes, spices, herbs and breadcrumbs. This is a delicious finger food and could be made at any cocktail parties, as a starter or a side dish for any occasion. Some people like to have it as a patty in their burger too. All you need is boiled, mashed potatoes and you are all set to make the recipe.
So here's the recipe from my kitchen to yours.

Ingredients :
250 gms Prawns/Shrimps - shelled, deveined & washed thoroughly
200 gms Boiled Potatoes - mash well
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 medium size (180 gms) Onion - finely chopped
1 inch (6 gms) Ginger - finely chopped
10 to 12 nos. (15 gms) Garlic - finely chopped
2 big Green Chillies - finely chopped (take as per your heat tolerance)
5 to 6 nos. Curry Leaves - finely chopped
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
4 to 5 tbsp Coriander Leaves - finely chopped
1 tbsp Corn Flour
½ tbsp Water
1 no. Egg
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
