Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring us with decorating ideas!!! You have truly inspired me. I purchased a huge ornate gold mirror frame from Homegoods. It is 7 feet tall and 5 feet wide. It came on the truck with the mirror broken. They sold the frame for only 100.00. The cost of a new mirror is 500.00. Can't afford that, but I can afford YOUR IDEA!! I'm going to get the mats, and spray them gold and do the same treatments. I was going to lean this up against my wall. This idea is so perfect!!! Glamorous on a time!!! Again, thank you so much!!!

I'm hooked. I need to start looking outside the box. A floor mat, who ever would have thought it. This is exactly what I need. I have expensive taste on a paupers budget. Can I just say I just completed this with 3 pieces and it looks exactly like yours! It took a while to paste the mirror paper on the boards and getting rid of all those bubbles but I did it! Can’t wait to put it up on my hallway wall! Thanks so much for the idea!
Hey Hun. Thank you so much for sharing . My daughter needed something for one of her walls and fell in love with this piece. She's a single parent and working on a strict budget trying to do some upgrading. I was able to make 3 panels really reasonable. We changed the color to match her decor. Thanks again. Love, Linda

This is the best DIY I've seen, not just using a floor mat, but of all DIY videos! This is absolutely gorgeous. I thought the idea of using a floor mat over air vents was such a good idea but this is genius! Looks like it came straight from HomeGoods! ❤

Omg...W-O-W...I am seriously impressed. I never in a million years would have thought that was mirror contact paper and a door mat!!! Not in a million damn years. This DIY is incredibly creative. You did beyond an amazing job with this...it came out fabulous and truly looks one of a kind and like you spent a pretty penny on it too. it's very pretty I think I would have used gold paint for the doormat that would have really made the silver pop through and I would have kept the same stones on the mat over all this really nice thank you for the video
