Description:
In a dry and narrow bowl, beat one egg, put 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice and 250 ml. oil. With the blender we start whipping the mayonnaise by first holding it for 30 seconds at the bottom of the bowl, and then gradually pulling it up slightly. Breaking is done only by moving up - down. Continue until all the mayonnaise is set.
