Easy BAKED SALMON Dinner With Irresistible Sauce/SLOW ROASTED SALMON 

HOW TO COOK SALMON in the oven with irresistible Sauce in this video. Baking Salmon at a low temperature make it softer and more elegant . SLOW ROASTED SALMON
1 kg.(2 lbs) salmon fillet
For Marinade:
2 teaspoons herbes de Provance (or any other herbs mix you like)
1/4 cup olive oil **
2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tea spoon chili flakes(if you herbs mix dose not have them)
salt *
* be careful with salt, sauce will be salty
** I think 2 table spoons is enough for this recipe
For Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1 table spoon chopped anchovies
2 table spoons finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
2 table spoons chopped parsley
1 table spoon lemon juice
1 chopped garlic clove
1 table spoon olive oil
pepper (NO SALT!!)
Bake 140C for 30 min
