With my skin type, I always moisturize it at least twice a day. I like using riceberry moisturizer by littileextra. The feel of this face cream is perfect, neither too thick nor too runny. The hydration is excellent, with no irritation or stinging, even on days I exfoliate. Amazing and cost-effective alternative to ceraave, with great skin barrier benefits for those using retinoids. I apply it between layers of my riceberry sunscreen and face serum, and no dryness whatsoever. Oh, and it’s fragrance-free. I’d give it 5 stars.

don't use scrubs it causes microtears to the skins generally very harmful, instead use a chemical exfoliater such as salycylic acid once or twice a week

I am really confused with the concept of using sunscreen, I sweat a lot , using sunscreen makes me more sweaty. How is it going to protect from the sun? Also I feel India's geographical positioning and pollution level is such that the sun can't harm us. Someone living closer to the poles and less polluted places should definitely use a sunscreen is what I understand.

Kal ek short video dekhi Maine ek dermatologist ki Jo lip lightening ke liye tips de rahi thi aur ending me unhone ek lip balm suggest Kiya to comment section me logo ne gaaliya deke rakh di ki paid hai ye hai wo hai.
