Easy BLT Pasta Salad Recipe 

BLT Pasta Salad
1 lb Bacon - cooked & crumbled
1 lb Pasta - use any type of curly pasta
4 Roma Tomatoes - seeded & diced
1 Head of Romaine Lettuce - shredded
1/2 Medium Red Onion - chopped
1 Pkt Ranch Seasoning
1 C Mayonnaise
1/4 C Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Cook bacon, when cooled crumble into pieces. Set aside
Cook pasta Al Dente according to directions. Let cool
When pasta has cooled, add lettuce, tomatoes & bacon. Save a handful of each for
the garnish.
Add red onion, ranch seasoning, salt & pepper to taste. Stir in mayonnaise & sour cream
Mix until well combined.
Top with remaining BLT toppings
