I am currently on the carnivore diet and this recipe is keeping my breakfast from being boring lol, I hope you enjoy.
Chaffle recipe:
6 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese (sub cream cheese)
2 tbsp butter (optional)
2 tbsp raw cheddar cheese
pinch of mineral salt
Add everything into a blender, pour into a waffle iron, top with honey & berries if you're doing animal based and enjoy!
