Hey Tom, great episode again, I saw that Diesel has a rope toy on the floor of the shed, be careful with them rope toys a mate of mine took his dog to the vets with stomach problems, turns out his insides were full of bits of rope toy it cost him $7000 to get him operated on, he survived and is ok now, just thought I'd let you know mate 👌👌🍺🍺
I reckon, if it’s within the budget, show us how you would build your own roof rack system or maybe a canvas canopy for the tray. Looks mint blacked out!

Wow mate looks great and $800 to go..so you need for it to be a tourer:- Uhf Dual battery setup Light bar Roof racks on the cab Awning… Should be able to save some coin buying second hand… And is you have enough left, which I doubt, get a lokka for front diff. Mate well done again! Can’t wait for the finished product!

Bro looks so sick, I recon the next mod that should be done is a diy roof rack! like a rhino backbone style and keep it low profile. I think you could use aluminium uni strut!🔥🙌🏽
looks mint mate, me personally id blackout the chrome on the indicators, or get a new set for $40 with black trim would get rid of the old dull lights and chrome at once.
The black looks great. Next mods, you'll probably want 12 volt of some sort. Can you tackle a battery and charging system of some sort that can be cheap but usable for fridge and the like in the back of the tray? Ive personally got a battery box in the tray with a projecta 25 amp dcdc charger coming from the main battery.

I'm really enjoying both builds. Does the triton have room for a second battery, that might be a nice addition to allow for Triton touring with some snacks in a fridge on the tray. Cheers 🍻
Light bar from kings as it's cheap, maybe new indicators? Or tint them, and buy a cheap roof rack and custom it to a flat rack for more storage options
I reckon it would look mint of you cut out the plastic grill and put some black mesh in there it and then either leave the badge on or off either way it would look mean as love the videos mate keep em coming 🤙🏻
Next mods idea Plastidip or paint chrome indicator surrounds black Tint or pull apart indicator and Parker lights and blackout with led globes to match headlights Cut out grill and black mesh it Slimline tinted weather strips Tie it all together and modernise the front end
Honestly if would be nice to see you clean and clear up those front indicator housings… I just reckon nice clear and clean lights can really bring a whole car together 🤷♂️
was there something stopping you just taking the tray off? would have thought that would have been alot cheaper than and easier than masking everything
