I tried this recipe as it was my first time cooking Chinese food. My husband really enjoyed it. Thank you. And it tasted good even though I didn't have oyster sauce, white pepper or sesame oil.
@@zeenatadnan1856 yes. I made the same recipe again without those ingredients and it was delicious. I added little bit more chili sauce and black pepper to make it spicy.
Egg noodles or rice noodles would be a better option since the sauces adhere better to their texture. Spaghetti is mainly used for Italian cuisines and the flavor profiles are distinct. Also, it would be better not to wash the noodles after boiling them. That way they are able to absorb flavor better 🙂
I just tried this recipe and it turned out amazing even though I didn’t have the full ingredients. I used chicken and garlic powder instead of fresh garlic and chicken. I also used dark soy sauce and didn’t have oyster sauce or chili sauce.

Eye-catching and yummy one. But one thing I wanna ask, you boilled speghaties too early while chicken on marination then cooking making souce and then slightly cooked spaghetti more ,can make them more soft. How will remain firm during all this process. Plz reply
@@lilaod92 maybe you are right. I will try it in this way again. Whereas i use to boil at the end and yes I dont pour tap water on it, thinkig it may spoil the tadte of salt that put while boiling. I just add small quantity of oil. By the thanks for your concern

There is one mistake though, too much salt used and soy sauce (high salts are bad for heart). If this food is for 3-4 people than only its fine but doesn't seem that much to me at least.
