Had no idea there was a Szechuan Peppercorn Oil - will look for next week when I’m back down in my Manhattan’s Chinatown! Love that your cameraman gets to sample good food as well. Best part of cooking is is sharing with others 😊
Hi Ling. The soups looks good. Weather permitting, I plan to make the 3 hour trip to the Chinese grocery store to stock up on many needs. My birthday is coming up early next week and my family doesn't want me to cook, lol.

A warm simple bowl of chicken noodle soup ..., comfort food to enjoy all day any day 👍😘😍 I cook mine in similar fashion, but addition of fried garlic or shallots, lots white pepper n sesame oil 😁 Love to try that bottle of Sichuan pepper oil...
