My grandpa came to the US to San Antonio in the 40’s, and he had a diner. He would make American diner stuff, but he would also do Tex-Mex and Chinese American stuff bc that was his clientele. One of his most loved dishes was cheese enchiladas, Chinese fried rice + retried beans (that he said his secret was oyster sauce) … and everyone doused his chili oil over everything.

We tried it and would definitely recommend it. A great snack!
