I'm going to share mine too. Ground beef 2bs, tater tots, cream of mush soup (family)...sliced American cheese or for extra spice ..add pepper jack cheese a and canned, frozen or fresh green chili. Heat oven 350, spray non stick on long cake pan. Brown ground beef, drain . Prepare mushroom soup adding only little more than half can water, add green Chile. Mix beef and soup mix together. Layer tots, add mix til slightly covered..put cheese to cover. Add second layer tots and continue with covering with rest of soup mix..layer with cheese til covered. Bake 45 minutes or to cheese is melted and crisp brown.
