Ingredients:
Puff pastry sheets
Ripe bananas
Chocolate spread
Egg wash (1 egg beaten with a little water)
Powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C
Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares.
Spread chocolate spread on half of pf the side
Slice the bananas and place a few slices on top pf the chocolate spread
Fold the puff pastry to seal the filling, using a fork to press the edges.
Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
