*Ingredients* For the cake: 50g plain flour 35g granulated sugar 20g cocoa powder ½tsp baking powder 30g unsalted butter, melted 125ml warm water For the topping: 10g cocoa powder 30g icing sugar 1tbsp milk (or more if needed) Sprinkles 1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan). 2) For the cake, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder until combined. 3) Next, whisk the melted butter and warm water into the mix until smooth. 4) Divide the mix into 2 ramekins. 5) Bake them for 20 minutes and let them cool. 6) For the topping, mix together the cocoa powder, icing sugar and milk until smooth. 7) Spoon the icing onto the cakes and smooth them out. 8) Top with sprinkles (optional). 9) Enjoy!

In case anyone else also found it difficult with weight measurements: 4 tbsp flour 2.3 tbsp ganulated sugar 1.3 tbsp cocoa powder half tbsp baking powder WHISK 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter half cup warm water

You can easily make icing sugar at home for that grind sugar as fine as you can and then strain and remove the granules with the help of a cotton cloth and to prevent crystalization add corn flour
Great recipe..I use salted butter and replace the water with coffee for a richer, darker taste. Made this a few times now, it's just as good the next day so as a single person it's great to keep around without having to make an entire cake.
