I really like the mason jar recipes! The recipes are easy enough for me to try. My kids asked for the chocolate toffee for Christmas although my mother always made a couple of different fudge bars during the holidays. Fudge is high on my list of likes! I have a similar fudge recipe--2 12 oz bags of choc chips, a can of condensed milk, 1 stick of butter, a glug of vanilla, microwave for 3 min., stir, microwave in 30 second increments if chips aren't melted. 9x13 (or 2 8x8) pans. I put walnuts on top of some, pecans, Andes mint pieces, etc. I add mini marshmallows, nuts, maraschino cherries, and choc chips and call it rocky road fudge. Good with peanut butter chips (only 10 oz bags so need 2 1/2 bags and 2 more T of butter! Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Just letting you know I watched this video yesterday and made the fudge (my son's favorite treat) today. It's a fabulous recipe. I've tried making fudge before and it was gritty, for lack of a better word. This is delicious and exactly the best consistency. Thank you so much for sharing and Merry Christmas
That is awesome! And I’ve made it gritty before too! I don’t even like PB fudge, but when I make that one- I can’t stay out of it! It takes longer to read the ingredients than to even make it! It’s so quick and easy and awesome!! 1 bag Ghirardelli white chocolate chips 1/2 cup crunchy pb 1 can sweetened condensed milk Put these 3 ⬆️items in microwave together for about 1 minute….stir real good Add 1 tsp vanilla, stir real good That’s ALL!!! Pour in small pan (I use dt throw away tin pans) and I put parchment paper in it Just put your mixture in and add peanuts and sea salt on top if you like (sooo good) And stick in fridge for at least an hour This stuff is ADDICTIVE!

I have been making fruge for many years both kinds that you just show and that yummy dump cake I have made it so many ways my family goes nuts over there sweets I don't eat it because being a diabetic but the rest of my gang just love their sweets. I finally got into my craft room I haven't been in there since the summer so I am working so hard so my sister's can get a homemade gift from me.
