Is there a written pattern available for this? I have such trouble with being able to see the details in a video. A written pattern to go with the video would help me immensely!

what are the measurements of headband, eg length & width?

How is this easy? Maybe if you had learned crochet at your grandmother’s knee as a small child. I know learning from a video can be challenging, but I think you should call it intermediate level. 😀
