Some people use their "liked" videos as a sort of playlist. RU-vid also seems to tailor what people see based on what they've liked, so some people probably don't want RU-vid to overload their feed with *all* the crochet content if they're only watching this channel. The way RU-vid tries to tune what people see causes a lot of weirdness, so I wouldn't really read much into the difference between views and likes for creative channels. There are just too many other factors. RU-vid does give creators a lot of information on viewership though. Iirc they show you at what point people stop watching a video, and you can figure out a lot just with that, like how many viewers are only staying long enough to get the stitch multiple. That number is probably higher on simple stitch tutorials and single-stitch items that don't have a lot of shaping (like a blanket or scarf). Sorry if I'm a bit rambly. I don't really like the consequences of how RU-vid treats likes, but the other ways you can get information are interesting. Knowledge is power at least.

That looks really interesting. That criss cross always looks so complicated but when I follow your tutorials it's easy. I always have to watch you again and again to be able to do it though.

As perfect as it gets! Your instructions as you crochet along with camera coverage makes it easy to follow. And the way you use your thumbs to pull the stitches apart leaves nothing to guess. So very clear! Yes, you deserve a thumbs up!

This is a very pretty pattern and I like that it is reversible and only a two-row repeat. Your videos for pattern instructions are the most clear videos I have watched. Your work is close up and easy to see what stitch you are going into and the speed is perfect. Thank you for sharing your talents.

I think this stitch will be perfect for my daughters Afghan/snuggie. I have a 50/50 baby alpaca and cotton blend and I am super worried it will be too hot. We live in Austin and don't really have winters. The open weave should help keep the blanket from being too hot. Can't wait to give it a go.
