My length and width for this top is 43.28 cm
Row 2: Chain 4, 1 double crochet into the first stitch, skip 2 stitches, 1 double crochet, 1 chain, 1 double crochet into the next stitch. Repeat until 1 double crochet and 1 turning chain remains. Add 1 double crochet into the 2nd turning chain, then turn the yarn over.
