- 1 potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup tofu, cut into small cubes
- 1 green chili pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 red chili pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (shiitake, enoki, or button)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Hi, that looks delicious! I was just wondering what type of tofu you use, I tend to prefer silken and softer tofu's but I'm a bit worried it would turn to mush if I used it in this dish. Thanks again for the recipe and good luck with the channel!

Thank you so much I hope you enjoy the recipe and the tofu I used is hard but I’m sure you could also add soft tofu just add it at the end and don’t let it cook too long!
