Definitely appreciate the video. I have an 09 Corolla where the trunk cable is now in 2 pieces. My first complaint is this does not look easy for someone doing this the first time. Second complaint is narration would have been great. Getting around the 7 to 8 minute mark, I couldn't tell which one was the old cable and which one was the new cable. Also, this looks like a job for people with tiny hands and fingers. I wasn't blessed with that. An easy job takes minutes. This looks like a few hours and I know I am going to run into some snags. Also, removing all the plastic trim is always a pain in the ass for me. But, thank you. It is good to have a video. Now I need to decide if this is worth the effort to get the cable from RockAuto and deal with the frustration of my fat fingers getting pinched all over the place. Thanks for putting up the video and letting me see the visual perspective of what this job has in store for me.
