Hello Anar, yes you can, but I am no expert with egg-free cooking. When you do typical cake recipes at home, what do you use instead of eggs ?

Hi barbarabrindisi4277 🙂 If you have a cake pan that is larger than mine ( sideways wider ) then baking time will not change, if you have a taller one, baking time will change. If you want your brownies really fudgy, bake for less time than I did. P.S. I have many more recipes here on my channel that will show you a darker, more moist brownie. These are good, don't overbake, and you will indeed enjoy these ! Thanks so much for watching ! 😊

I'm glad you enjoyed the video, I did do this by hand, and do like doing that sometimes, I fully appreciate not everyone can afford a mixer. That said, a tiny hand held hand mixer can be purchased for about $15, so it won't break the bank, and that tool will last you so many years, some recipes can be done with a hand whisk, some just can't be, but I'm glad that you enjoyed the video.
