Hello Sweet Friend, Thanks for watching, appreciate you so much!! Cardboard is like Gold at my house, not everyone can afford expensive craft supplies and it's great to recycle. Happy Crafting!!
I'm a self confessed cardboard hoarder as well, JoAnn. So many possibilities with it, they often are my patterns for sewing, I've even made a fairy house out of cardboard, paper towels and glue. Thanks for sharing your talents, it's always a good day when I can sit down with some coffee and watch your videos. xoxo
LOOOOVE this Peep project. I was going to make faux sprinkles from clay, but now I’m definitely going to get the rubber bands. Genius! Can’t wait to get started. LOL at you and Erick’s reaction to your ringing phone. Thank you for your positive attitude and sweet videos.
Hello Sweet Friend, Thanks for your love and support, appreciate you so much!! The rubber band idea is great. I have a FB Craft Group Page, "Crafting with JoAnn Barrandey" a group member posted this morning another idea to make sprinkles with rice. If you are not a member yet, send us a request. The link is at the top of each of our videos. Yes, it drives Erick crazy when my phone goes off during filming, LOL!! I get in trouble, LOL!! Happy Friday Sweet Friend!!
Love these! I’m sure you’ve heard this before but “I could listen to you and your son all day”. Love that southern accent. You guys are always so polite. Wish we could all be more like you
Production value is on point, very nice lighting and setup and a lovely lady to watch craft a bunch of goodies! Teachers are the best kind of people. ❤️
@@joannbarrandey I love to watch your channel when ever I get time to watch . I just love you both . Please stay safe and God bless you and your family. ❤️
I absolutely love watching your videos! You make such beautiful high end looking crafts/decor out of affordable items and not to mention they look just as beautiful as the more expensive items in the stores. Thank you so very much for sharing these video's with us.
Hi Connie, Thanks for watching Sweet Friend, appreciate you so much!! We will film a tutorial on it and share with everyone. It will be easy and inexpensive to make. Thank you for asking.
Hi JoAnn thank you for doing this pattern and giving the idea of cardboard to a lotof peeps I try to keep all cardboard I can. This is such a lovely project. Thank you xxxx Take care
Hello Sweet Friend, Thanks for watching, appreciate you so much!! Using cardboard makes this a very inexpensive craft project and at the same time, it's great to recycle. Happy Friend!!
Thank you Sweet Friend, appreciate you so much!! Not everyone can find or buy crafting supplies during these hard times. I always have y'all in my heart!!
I absolutely love all of your projects!! They are so bright and cheerful! Thank you for sharing your creativity, positive attitude, and love with all of us! I watch your videos with a smile on my face the entire time! ☺️
Hi JoAnn and Eric!! These are just to stinking cute. I sometimes use the foam board from either DT or Walmart and take the paper off and use the foam, sometimes I have to double it up, so it doesn't break. but it works if you want to make something bigger. Or use a piece of foam board and cardboard. Always a way to get something done when crafting. If you have a printer, there are some places online you can print poster sizes. It will print multiple pages and you just put them together and use as a pattern. Thank you so much for sharing this, as always, another great craft! Hugs sweet friend.💗💗💗💗
Hi Kelley. Great advice! We love how helpful the crafting community can be. My mom has a lot of knowledge but at the same time we have picked up so many good things from everyone here and it helps us to create better informative videos and projects. Thank you!
Thank you for making me smile! I just LOVE the Peeps!! If styrofoam is hard to find, I better stop recycling my Amazon and Chewy boxes! As always thank you for sharing your talent with all of us. Hugs to you and Erick. 🤗🤗
These are so beautiful! I would also love to see some of Erick's creations. You both have me curious as to what he makes. Would you show us some of your wood and metal work please, Erick? I love you both! You make me smile and laugh. You are both a joy to watch and listen to.
Hello beautiful peeps! 🤗 Every time I watch I just get in a better mood! 😊 You two have so much fun together! Your bunnies are adorable! I was laughing about the boxes, because in my house they're like gold! Cardboard is FREE crafting material; you can't through that out! 😆😂🤣 I completely get your worries about the internet. I'm so glad you have your son to help you! I really hope you have an amazing week! 🥰
They are adorable. Nice to make decorations that look cute but don't take allot of $$. . Can change things year to year if you want. Thank you for all you do 🤗. You and Eric are awesome.
Hello My Sweet Lovely Friend!! Cardboard is like Gold to us Crafters, LOL!! I just wanted to share an inexpensive alternative to crafting big items if you can't find styrofoam. Thanks for your love and support Bonnie. I think of you sometimes in the morning when I am putting on my "uniform" LOL!!
Hola querida JoAnn lindo proyecto, gracias por compartir estos hermosos conejitos, manos a la obra., Ah, y gracias por compartir los patrones, te saludo afectuosamente desde las costas del Golfo de México.🤩😊👍❤️
These are terrific, Joanne! Love that you sure your tips and tricks. Like the rubber band sprinkles! Your ideas are a blessing and inspiration to all of us! Love that you give us options that are affordable.
Hi JoAnn! Another great idea. Luv all your peeps so cute and your other patterns so cute. Thank u and Erick for sharing with us friend. Have a great week u two. ❤️
If you wanted to make a thicker cardboard peep you could cut 2 pieces then put something small but even all over like those mini plastic shot glasses. Put the little cups all over the cardboard, tape them down then layer the second cardboard piece over it. You could use poster board or more cardboard to go around the perimeter.
I love the idea of using the colored rubber bands, they look great!! I'm addicted to the Peep bunnies this year so I can't wait to begin creating my own! Thank you for all your wonderful videos and inspiration!
LOVE THEM!!! You get beautiful things out of simply anything... you are amazing!!! Thanks for sharing your talent and your crafts with us. God bless both of you. ♥
Queen 🐝 JoAnn, these are so adorable, You answered the question about the Insulation Styrofoam. I ordered 10 sheets from Amazon and it's texture is like the insulation. when trying to cut with knife, it crumbled. I appreciate all your crafts videos, knowledge and yours and Erick's comedy hr. Lol. Y'all are so intertaining and fun to watch. I watch your videos over and over. I havnt been able to craft because my craft space is in my garage. But soon I'll jump into it.
Hello Sweet Friend, Thanks for watching, appreciate you so much!! I always try to find a way that's inexpensive and affordable for everyone and it's good to recycle as well.
I keep hearing you mention some crafts can be made with cardboard… THANK YOU I have TONS of boxes from Christmas orders from Amazon all sizes LOL so I have cardboard. I’m excited thank you so much for sharing. Now this I can make!!!
You 2 are an amazing combo and that's why your channel is so good I absolutely love every project and the extent of how u explain and visually show the processes
Viewer tip.... if you worry about the card board being flimsy, cut out a few and glue Them together with some wood glue I've even taken some dollar tree spakle and filled in the sides. Crafter creation BTW you two are top shelf !!!
You always make everything look so easy, your so talented to help us out.thanks for all you and Eric go through to make our craft world work.hi from lutz, florida USA

Thank you Sweet Friend, Appreciate your love and support. Yes, the hot knife makes crafting with that insulation styrofoam so much easier. Happy Crafting!!
Hello Sweet Jane, What a great idea!! And just think of the memories you will be making with them while crafting. Thanks for watching Sweet Friend, appreciate you so much!!
TFS!! So stinking cute! U could also use foam board from the $ Tree ($1.25 tree). Lol!! It’s thicker & more sturdy than cardboard. N u could probably get 2 out of 1 piece. 🙌🙌 Happy crafting!!
These are so cute I made a popsicle fence around them so cute I love your ideas love that you include Eric and how you two share love ❤️ u both Jamie cowgirl crafts🤠
Thank you so much for sharing the large pattern. I have been wanting to make these but couldn't figure out how to get them so big. Thank you thank you, thank you 😊😊😊
So cute! Just made some styrofoam peeps yesterday. Also have made them in the past with resin and a mould. Great idea with the cardboard for those who can’t find other materials. Love your channel … so fun!
Hello Sweet Friend, Thanks for watching, appreciate you so much!! I have always worked with resin but never in molds, will have to try. Cardboard is an alternative to crafters who can't find or afford styrofoam. They are so easy to make and fun to decorate. Have a great evening!!
I absolutely love them. I cannot wait to recreate these, and I am going to use cardboard and save my Styrofoam for smaller projects, an amazing idea. Thank you both for bringing this to us all xoxo Vernette 💗🐥🐤🐣
You're always so cheerful!! You made my evening. Thank you for sharing your beautiful craft ideas. I'll have to recreate a few for Easter. Please if you can maybe uou can show us some St. Patrick day decorations?! 🙏 ❤️
Thank you for your kind words, appreciate you so much Sweet Friend!! Yes, will try and share a St. Patrick day Craft, thank you for asking. We have a FB Group Page, if you are not already a member, send us a request to join. I post pictures of crafts there as well. "Crafting with JoAnn Barrandey"
I have been binge watching your videos since finding your channel a few days ago!! It's 1am here right now but I'm gonna watch 😊 I just wish we had the stores you have out there to buy some of the amazing supplies you get out there! Just today I started making an easter egg tree that you bought in Walmart for $12 I think. My daughter is so excited. We don't have peeps here but I'm going to try them. Hi from Ireland
Hello My Sweet Friend from Ireland!! I'm so excited you are watching, I appreciate you very much!! These peeps out of cardboard are inexpensive, easy and fun to decorate. Great craft you and your daughter. Happy Crafting, sending you lots of love and warm hugs from Alvarado, TX
Hi Sinead, thank you for joining us! The more we have had people reaching out the more we have learned that not everyone has the same materials to work with or at least the same options of availability. Feel free to share your project photos on our Facebook group page. Sometimes the materials we used are called something else in other countries and thanks to our viewers we are starting to learn things we can suggest to people in certain regions. Anyways we appreciate the support and how you have a wonderful weekend!
Thank you sweet friend!! These are adorable!!! It’s good to see that the styrofoam cut so beautifully. If people can’t find cardboard, foam board would work great as well. I’m still waiting on Erick to make his Christmas Cactus. I’ll be expecting that closer to Christmas. 😉😂 Erick don’t just talk the talk. You got to walk the walk. 😂 I’m teasing you. I’m sure you’re really busy. But it would be cute to see you and your Mom do a craft together. Thank you both for all you do! Love you both, sending blessings. 💕💕
Hello Sweet Friend, We love and Appreciate you so much!! LOL!! Oh Erick!! We will probably plan on making one during our Christmas in July Videos, thank you for asking. Sending you love , hugs and blessings!!
I do need to make the Christmas Cactus for sure. I want to scale it down and make a more affordable project for people. I want to say I probably spent $200 making my big one. Granted because I was doing it big and I wanted it southwest I bought a legit big terracotta base and some nice stone for the inside of it and way too much piping to figure it all out. It was worth it though because it stays up all year long in our loft, mostly cause its too heavy to wanna move and when its not Christmas, the rest of the year its a fiesta cactus that lights up in the evenings.
@@Photobombin I’d keep it out all year too. It really is amazing! You’d pay easily double that for a cheaper version made in China that wouldn’t hold up. I love it! I can see my hubby getting involved making on or two. At Christmas I think go big or go home. It’s my favorite season and I love crafting for it. You are truly talented Erick! The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. I can totally relate to Fiesta. We’re originally from Southern Ca and we love everything that has to do with the Mexican culture especially food. 😂🌮 thank you Erick I’m looking forward to it! 💕
Thanks so much JoAnn for the patterns and for showing us the peeps~ They would look cute with a bow around their neck also~You are a Gem! Much Love ~ Terri
