Eggless Butter Cookies Recipe
I made an eggless version of the butter cookies as requested. The secret to keeping the flower shape of the cookies is to freeze it before baking. Hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
(makes 48 cookies)
100g unsalted butter, softened
50g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
50g whipping cream
125g cake flour
25g almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
Bake at 170°C for 17~18min
I used a Wilton 1E piping tip
