Eggless Strawberry Cashew Cake

Ingredients
For Batter
Butter, unsalted (मखन) - 180 gms/ ¾ cup
Sugar, fine grain (चीनी) - 180 gms/ 15 tbsp
Vanilla essence (वनिला) - 2 tsp
Curd (दही) - 150 gms/ ½ cup
Banana, medium (केला) - 2 nos
Cashew nuts (काजू) - 50 gms/ ⅓ cup
All purpose flour (मैदा) - 180 gms/ 1 cup+2 tbsp
Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1 tsp
Strawberry (स्ट्रोबेरी) - 12 nos
For Icing
Cream cheese (क्रीम चीज़) - 100 gms
Sugar, Powdered (चीनी) - 75 gms
Whipped cream (फिट्टी हुई क्रीम) - 80 gms
For Garnish
Strawberries - few
Sugar Balls - a handful
