Love this. What's great about the eye look is that you could add various shades to the outer v. This time you used a dark brown this the white gold on the lid, next time you could do a burgendy in the outer v and a pinkish shimmer all over the lid or whatever you wanted. And that's what is great about this palette it has basically every shade you need. Except we'll all buy more than that palette cause we're makeup obsessed haha

Exactly! My favorite is when my hubby says things like " didn't you just get foundation? Why do you need another one?" And I'll have to explain to him about the slight differences between this one and the other and he'll get this confused face and I know hes thinking "you cant possibly need all of this" but when you're passionate about something you can't help it! But I do try to limit how many makeup items I buy a year. Things like mascara, eye liner, face powder I buy when I need it or if there is a sale I may get extra. And then foundation, bronzer and eye shadows are my weakness I have to really pull myself back from buying everything I want all at once...so instead I'm sneaky and space ot out so it looks like I'm getting less or else I'd be bringing in 100 things a month. Which I'm sure is what it's like for you cause you have to review stuff for us! Which I soo appreciate and I do love that you use things over and over again because you know we cant go out and get every new thing that comes out so I have to thank you so very much for that! You really make me rediscover some of the products I forgot about. You got my back into playing with my sophxrevolution palettes, and my butter bronzer for instance!

I know this a year later but I just got that pallete yesterday for Christmas. It blends amazingly. You don't need other palletes but we all want more. I was so happy to find that it blends with my other eyeshadows perfectly. It's also a great pallete for me because I am passionate about make-up and love the looks you can create with it

This year for Christmas my husband and I are giving each other NOTHING NADA ZIP! We really feel like we want to step back and make the holiday season more about TIME and family and LESS about stuff and things and shopping. We want to keep the focus on what the season represents and I'm thrilled!

I took my husband to Ulta for the first time and he kept taking pictures of what I was looking at for ideas for a Christmas! Most of what I was picking up was stuff that you have used over and over again! Love how real you are Allie! ❤️❤️

Sarah Strasser -I have both of them & I definitely recommend both!! I’ve used Born to Run a ton of times, it’s got a really good range of all different colors & I’ve only had the James Charles palette a few days but so far I’ve loved it! I’ve used a good amount of brights & neutrals & they’re all really nice!

Loved this video! I too am not really thinking I want a bunch of new make up for the holidays. I've been spending more money lately on skincare and also make up tools (brushes, etc). I feel like quality brushes can make such a big difference!!! However, I also picked up some Hourglass products at the Sephora sale, so I feel set LOL. I kind of do want the Hourglass veil dual ended brush... Thanks for posting a video today, my hubbie just went away this morning (he's military), so it brightened up my day to get this notification

Stunning as always! I hope I can recreate this look! Surprisingly makeup is not on my wishlist either! I treat myself regularly throughout the year (its motivation for me as i am a fulltime LPN going to school full time to get my RN and maintain my home...I'm tried just typing that LOL) a vacation is actually on my birthday and Christmas list ♡ .
