March doesn't need very much investment for this build, which is the great part. You can bring her in at level 40 and just give her a high level LC (Day in a Life if you have) and leveled up correct main-stat relics to try out this strat, no trace levels necessary. If you have spare resources and want to optimize a bit more, you can level her up to 70/80 ascended (no need to level all the way up to 80) and just make sure you have her A6 Trace unlocked for the freeze chance up. She doesn't need any other trace levels or ascension traces unlocked, maybe Purify if you want to be a bit safer so you can cleanse debuffs occasionally. For her relics, you really want to focus on SPD and Effect Res (DEF% comes after). Sets do not matter as much in Simulated Universe so you can mix and match. 2pc Hackerspace + 2 pc Wuthering Snow/Guard preferred 2pc Broken Keel > 2pc Penacony = 2pc Vonwacq > 2pc Belobog Main Stats: 4pc - DEF% or EHR body and SPD boots 2pc - DEF% sphere and ERR rope
@@zacaa8977 nope since remembrance is carrying you hard for this strat you just need to make sure M7 can freeze as often as possible and one of your characters have AoE attack

I see, its on the adventure... I havent go there coz i always end up on occurrence, reward, or combat. Though I already defeated all conundrum levels with this tip, I might as well check on it to get the Achievement "Wheel of Destiny" because as you said@@TheRamarsetya, it seems that i dont play the game. @@mikoji123You can find it in the Adventure Domain (the domain with a console symbol on it). It's a random chance ofc, so you won't always get the compass. Also, I'm pretty sure the compass only appears in Gold and Gears mode, not on Swarm Universe
I tried it hard like 4 hours with March, Jingliu, Lynx and Fu or Ruan and never got it done to beat hardest diffculty. If you dont get the right Buff Combo like explained or you get as second Boss Cocolia or Janqing (they seams immune against any kind of freeze) then you are screwed. I think its a better way to play on Diff 4 until you get all the buffs from the skilltree or what. I give up now. To hard for me.
Thank you so much for this - it *almost* worked for me. Honestly I wanted to cry at the end - I was so close! I had ALL of the must have and very good blessings you recommended, most of the others you said were good, all 3 path resonances and the Preservation interplay, but Argenti didn't freeze for *a single attack* and he immediately one-shot my Jingliu and Tingyun, game over. Gonna try again tho, this is the closest I've gotten
You colud have tried again why did you end your run? If you alt + f4 before battle ends you can relog into game and start battle again. You lose technice points and thats it
In my first attempt I've got a perfect set-up but had to choose between 2nd bosses Cocolia and Yanqing. Instant loss ofc, they're both resistant to freeze. Second attempt -- Elite Frigid Prowler somewhere in the phase II. Lost again. Waste of time and nerves.
I'm kinda overwhelmed with the huge update, so I struggled clearing Diff V. Gonna try Remembrance path because of this! (I usually just go for Elation or Destruction)
whoaaa not even 1 day into the update thank you so much for the guide. My kafka DOT team was demolished over and over and I was struggling so hard even with Ruan Mei, JingLiu, and Gepard, Im way too lazy to read along the tutorial ahahahaha so this gonna help alot! Thanks a bunch
tysm for this !! these gamemodes are really hard especially when you dont have many five stars and i find it so frustrating that i cant get the rewards because i cant even clear difficulty V! please continue making content like this it helps a lot more than u think
Don't feel too bad, most of the difficulty in this game can be overcome with time investment. Most of the notable rewards are accessible to free to play players and anything after are pretty minor, you don't get Stellar Jades past Conundrum 6. These game modes are here to stay and provide 1 time rewards, so fret not as the rewards are going no where.
no need to get frustated, this is permanent content, you can comeback anytime when you have more character, also if youre using rememberance blessing you only need march and herta to make it works and you can put lynx and natasha if you cant survive the boss attack this is an end game content with no time gate, so just take it slowly
wow i sat here an was taking all the notes i could , beyond meta playing this is whats needed. its easy to say x amount of 5 star characters can clear. but its a whole other thing to give a detailed explanation of how to clear it as a f2p because of the mechanics the game gives you.
Gonna give this a try once I recovered from my failed attempt just now that cost me at least 3 hours... I went full defensive, Gepard + Huohuo + Fu Xuan + Clara with Preservation Path. It went well until the last phase, even though I barely did any damage. I swear, my highest crits didn't even remove a full millimeter of health so obviously it took a painfully long time, only to get oneshot when I finally got both robots down to half health in the last phase. My Fu Xuan revived because of that one Destruction blessing, but they immediately killed my low HP Huohuo after that... And this was only Difficulty IV. I'm so disappointed, I was hoping that beating it would partly make up for the 3 hours of suffering beforehand but life is cruel lol. I don't understand how people are still complaining that there's no hard content... (edit: Difficulty IV and V cleared! My lvl 60 Herta carried with her freezes
@Handonattempt Yeah I think I probably didn't get that one unfortunately. Right now I'm trying with the good old Dissociation strategy and it's working much better but it'll take a few (or a lot of...) tries. My characters keep getting oneshot but I know I can do it if I can get lucky with my freezes. I brought my lvl 60 Herta who's a pain to keep alive but she's soo useful for this strategy. I also downloaded a bunch of characters along the way so I'm trying different combos rn by closing the game when I know I'm losing, and then restarting the final fight with a different team.
@Handonattempt I tried a bunch of different combinations for the final fight and after a few tries I finally beat Difficulty IV with Gepard, Fu Xuan, March and Herta! I was nervous without Huohuo, and my Fu Xuan did come very close to dying, but having 3 units for freeze seemed to be the best choice. I feel like it's not gonna work for the hardest difficulty though so I'll try to pick up more defensive blessings than last time...
What a COOL way to clean the new SU xD .. really this SU updates are giving a feeling of a dungeon crawler where you can build a lot of interesting stuff. So fun swtHappy
Leveling it up at least halfway should definitely help. I will also post a full run with commentary soon so you can check and see if there's anything that can help!

Not a requirement in this strat. The point is already given. The core unit is march. All the sustain and dmg dealers can be replaced.U dont need jingliu.. can use herta etc as her skill do all dmg to multiple targets.. which needed to apply dissociation on all of frozen enemies..in multi target scenarios. Though it is much better in term of consistency if u got gepard (can freeze also even though single target), attacker type sustain like luocha, fuxuan. To trigger dissociation more frequently on frozen enemy.
I always found this new SU very hard to understand due to the layout. I haven't even been able to unlock swarm path for normal SU because I wasn't sure what needs to be done since it's not very clear.
@SweetilyVT oh you've done enough. I'm just of opinion that this new simulated universe is not for dumb people like me haha. I'll just do the difficulty completion and stick to the easier ones that gives rope and orbs.
Just remember to never chose Cocolia as the 2nd boss.... 😐😐 Quick edit: Not only Cocolia, any elite that can't be frozen, on the 2nd or 3rd plane is unkillable. It's better to go Nihility with Preservation / Remembrance blessings imo.
@@pythios8982 But he is not immune to frozen, so with proper blessing u should be able to kill him with dissociation alone, no? M I missing something? Or is it that the one grabbed instantly dies?

thank you for making this guide. I saved it. Coming back to the game and Gold and Gears is new to me. I haven't even been able to quite do Conundrum levels with old strategies etc.
I’m loving this method but my biggest issue is there are bosses that quite literally just cannot be frozen. I just had what was a perfect run where I was able to obtain every single remembrance bless/resonance path option but the Kafka only froze twice the whole time, so it was just a totally normal fight with what was admittedly a super weak team comparatively since it was only being used for the method.
note to self: there are enemies that just Cant be frozen at all, i had such a good run, i got all the required blesssings that got ended by a Freeze res ice res boss. Fuck u game, fuck u, I cant even skip it :D
Seriously, this is my issue. I have the ideal team, I had quite literally a perfect run where I was able to to get every single Remembrance resonance path option, but the last 3 bosses I fought COULD NOT be frozen. It was like a miracle when they did and it only happened a handful of times, nowhere near enough for my team to survive 3 waves of what is (at this point) a normal fight with a strong boss.
I personally find freeze + DoT comp very strong. Since enemies are always frozen, they skip their turns and take DoTs twice before they can take an action (if you don't perna-freeze them). And if you have Ruan Mei, they will take DoTs 3 times. I use Guinaifen as a DoT character, BTW she is very strong against enemies which are immune to ice and freeze, since they are always weak to fire. And also she can apply burning to 3 enemies with very high damage or apply it to 1 enemy and gain 1 skill point, increase ALL damage taken by enemies *(including dissociation damage)* and immediately detonate burning DoTs.
Is it worth blocking the Elation path over Propagation? The team doesn't rely on follow-up attacks so I don't see how it's worth it. I don't have Jingliu either so I'll be using Pela which means I'll have even fewer follow ups.
took me about 3 tries on auto while save scumming and i eventually cleared it! i used jingliu instead of herta though but other than that really informative video.
Note to future people who come looking here for easy SU runs, keep in mind an unlucky run-in with a Ice/Freeze/CC resist enemy (possibly via occurrence) can potentially end your run early.
I got everything perfect, all blessings. At the very end of the 3rd phase boss oneshots everyone. I do not understand the point of this part of the game? Just to make it hated? Great video though, the best run I've had at Conundrum 10

Your Swarm Disaster Video saved me before so I can trust you on this. Don't have Jingliu so any other characters I could use, the best DPS I got is Dan Heng IL and Jing Yuan and also Qingque. As for Supports/Sustain I have Fu Xuan and Huo Huo Any suggestions on what I can do?
What @grassberries suggested was pretty good, since Dissociation doesn't use your character stats to deal dmg, you don't need to bring in any of your normal dmg dealers. March + Fuxuan + Huohuo should work well on the higher difficulties, with pela or herta as flex (just give them tanky gear w/ spd boots + ERR rope and level up Pela's ERR talent trace if you're using her).
@@SweetilyVTI see, then I'll try the team later but any Dps I could use, could Welt work? Knowing Slow and Imprisonment it should theoretically work on delaying the enemy. And Bronya pushes Welt to use Skill too
@@SweetilyVT nah Bronya is just there to move Welt up but then again, since Remberance is the path I kinda realized I can't use her. I need Ice type specifically March and Pela so Party Slot is pretty much full with Fu Xuan, Pela, March, Huo Huo, I just need to focus on surviving right?
@@y_strikes2770 yeah, my dummy brain thought it would deal less because of the enemy ice res, and you have to deal weakness break to freeze the enemy but apparently there's a 2 star blessing that immediately deals disassociation damage without removing freeze. Either way remembrance is cool.

Effect Res Shred is super strong Because it Drastically increases your chances of Freezing the Enemy and works with the Remembrance Resonance. Makes E2 Guinaifen quite good.

Yes Jingliu is great! Jingliu + March + Huohuo + extra sustain if you have like Gepard/Fuxuan, or Pela/Herta if you dont' have the 2nd sustain. Tingyun is not recommended in this build since her skill and ult do not hit enemies.
WHY IS MELANCHOLIA SO RARE! I swear all other blue blessings I get EVERY run but MELANCHOLIA only once in 4 runs or more.. What is going on with this blessing. Its soo annoying
