Thank you i just needed a fresh install of windows and it also fixed my issue with the keyboard backlights not working. I also had to reinstall the drivers
Got a weird one, it's a similar problem but after the diagnosis test it came back that everything was okay, I'm confused as all hell, I was hoping that your video will help me to an extent which it has but still need a fix, I'll keep you updated but so far I have had no luck great informational video regardless
@Foxtail Sushi This RU-vid vid may help if you're comfortable trying (options 2 or 3 in vid). Search for "How to Enter Windows 10 Safe Mode When Windows Cannot Boot Normally," or use link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9_fKbE7iEbw.html One of these two ways may allow your PC to successfully boot in safe mode & allow you to get to your desktop. If you can get to your desktop, you should be able to use the last known good config feature. Another option, if you're in the U.S. , I think Best Buy is coast to coast (or a store like Best Buy). You can get them to run a diagnostic for a fee which is normally way, way less than repairs & they'll tell you what the problem is. Once they pinpoint the problem, you'll be able to find a vid so that you don't have to pay for repairs. Hope this helps 😊
@@TransformWithKris so after going though diagnostics again (3times) it turns out that I had a fault with hard drive, thankfully it was just a lose connection, many thanks to you and this video it helped
I don't have any other laptop and my pc is stuck on why did my pc reset i had to upgrade to Windows 10 from media creation tool and then I pressed clear all data and start a fresh something like that but now it's stuck on why did ur pc restart so I don't fucking know what to do.
