I’d like to thank you because your exercises help me tremendously. your warm up exercise of swinging my legs, make it easier for me to walk. I enjoy walking my dog again. Also your exercises have improved my balance, and my leg strength has increased. But I still have one nagging problem. when standing in one place, it could be at my stove, preparing a meal. Or in the store standing in the long line. Are standing for more than 10 or 15 minutes talking to my neighbors. I experience severe pain it hurts to bend my knee. when I sit down for a few minutes the pain diminishes I can move around with very little pain. Please give me an exercise that I can do to minimize my discomfort when standing for a long period of time. Please keep up the good work you’re helping a lot of people. I have never posted a comment on RU-vid before.. please keep up the good work. Thank you.

I tend to rock back and forth, putting weight on right side, then left. Small gentle moves so I'm not stiffening as I stand. Sometimes I even bend my leg backwards ( foot toward butt) to ease the pressure. I know my posture plays a huge role in standing in the kitchen. I'm trying to remember to stand with a pelvic tilt so that it softens my knees and I don't lock them. That causes me pain.

Good exercises but the towel one hard to pull off in a crowded restaurant😂 But we can carry on without a towel. Thank you for your videos. They are helpful and work well with my PT appointments as well.

Great video...I appreciate the clear explanation...I knew that people with osteoarthritis have this problem but couldn't figure out "why me" with a meniscus tear ... all I heard was that it is missing lubrication....good to know what the soft tissue and the quads are "saying"... thank you.

Hi! Love your videos and am a subscriber! I have arthritis in my R hip and bursitis on same side. So much pain in my leg at night I can't sleep. A physio once treated with ultrasound but can you recommend any exercises I can try please? Thank you

Will these are great exercises If u are at home & have The space tô do them. Problem comes after manu hours on a plane with little Room tô do anything even The heel bend IS difficult due tô The bar under The Seat ....any típs for frequent flyers ?

My right knee has become this way 3 weeks ago and honesty , I have to keep it moving . I hope our exercises help because I need help with this badly. Again it started 3 weeks ago and I didn't know , what else to do . I do have a longgggg process and many parts of my body to work with . I can't take walk right , I have Waddle Gait , I need 2 knee replacements and possible a hip replacement.

How to improve knee osteoarthritic pain, though i go to gym and do exercises, still i have pain on bendg dwn and climbing aerobic step too,i avoid squats and running. Suffering from ths pain since few yrs

I’m a 40 years old female and have patellar tendinitis on my left knee,I have it for 3 months now since I stopped the exercises that aggravates it it has gotten better but it doesn’t seem to totally get better . My question is do I need to go to PT to fix this problem ?

For 3 weeks my knee been stiff and hard to get up , I don't want to take any OTC pills because that's not good for the GUT . And not only that, if you taken NSAIDs , it's possible , you might end up having H Pylori and if you think you have health issues now , wait until a person has H Pylori , it's take months or longer to get well . And once you get rid of it , it could come back !!!

I love your exercises. I am 73, flexible but with no muscle strength. I went to the gym and used some machines and I am suffering from weak lower back and I am having bad lower back pain. The instructor told me to strengthen my lower back. Could you direct me on your Chanel to the exercises. I could not find specific for lower back. I really appreciate your help.

I sat the majority of a 6 hour flight in cabin class and could barely walk when deboarding the plane. Even if I am allowed to get up and stretch before landing the damage is already done. Now I am afraid to fly more than an hour and a half. Any suggestions?
