Joining the hospitality industry years back, a MUST grooming standard was to have our hair in ONLY but a french twist. Struggling with my long and thick hair, I watched tons of videos on RU-vid and could never find one that was suitable enough to keep it up! After 2 months of experimenting, I finally discovered a different and faster way of doing it. The best thing is, TEASING is not required! After the initial twisting and pinning in the beginning of the video, tucking in the rest of your hair at the bottom will create a nice poof at the crown, saving time on all that backcombing which we women hate!!
My technique may require a lot of practice and but once you get the hang of it you'll be able to twist within maximum 3 minutes!!
*tip* the tighter the pinning the better. You want to make sure it'll last those long 12 hour shifts!!
