Ingredients
1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (100 grams) brown sugar
1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter
1/2 cup (64 grams) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (25 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
3 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
200 grams bittersweet chocolate (I used 60% Ghirardelli Chocolate. I recommend using good quality chocolate)
NOTE:
DO NOT OVERBAKE YOUR BROWNIES. You know when your brownies are perfectly cooked when they’re firm around the edges but they’re still soft to the touch in the middle. After baking, let your brownie relax at room temperature (30 minutes or more) for best results.
