Here is a quick, easy, inexpensive craft you can make using nail polish, flat backed glass marbles and foil candy wrappers! You can also use up the bits of scrap paper you have been accumulating. The marbles and nail polish are from the dollar store and the foil is from www.papermart.com/Product%20Pa... and any scraps of pattern paper or pics from a magazine.
