This healthy cornbread is very easy to make. It is gluten free as it’s made with whole grain oat flour, and without yeast. It can be made dairy free by adding water instead of yogurt.

INGREDIENTS:
✔️Wet ingredients:
3 whole eggs
100ml cold-pressed olive or sunflower oil/ or butter
500 ml (17oz) yogurt
✔️Flours:
100g (3.5oz) white corn flour (or any gluten free flour)
100g (3.5oz) oats flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 baking soda
✔️Seeds:
40g (1.4oz) sunflower seeds
35g (1.2 oz) pumpkin seeds
20g (0.7oz) almonds
5gr (0.17oz) poppy seed
