@@thehernandezfamily9973 Hi! Thank you! and hopefully you can come back and tell me how delicious it is, ok. hehe. Thanks for watching and liking my video. God bless!
Great video! I make this regularly, I just add tomatoes, tomato paste, and lots more seasonings. This is also a great base recipe for making "stuffed" anything!
Hi, iv'e seen all theese comments and im like really? The greese and juice from thw fat of the beef is good! This would be great to serve over some mash potatoes. Thanks!
Oh I’m sorry I thought you said green its grease i am sorry i am blend now haha. But yeah for me I didn’t remove anything from the beef because it adds the flavor. But yeah for me that is really good… thanks for the reply 😉
😁😁😁 man..I was thinking the saaaame thing.. like @ anytime is she going to drain the meat 🤔 (throughout the vid thought maybe she's going to drain everything 😂) but hey if u say it adds flav to it @gracellewilliams2016 do ur thang 👍
actually if your making that kind of dish you can drain it but for me i don't because thats how i make that kind of dish but anyway thank u for telling me and thanks also for watching my video.
@@kaliplaya86 to be honest I have a lot of comments criticizing my way of cooking but thats fine with me I respect their opinions as I respect yours. Like what I said in my previous comment you can do whatever you want in your dish and I do mine. Anyway again thank you so much. God bless
@tristonschwarz7561 For some dishes that I have or cook I drain the juice or grease like what you said but this kind of dish for me is not because like what I've said again in my comment it gives more flavor to this kind of dish. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching
@kaliplaya86 I like her responses. And like she's said multiple times, make yours however you want. Who cares if you'd make it differently. Then do it.
I make a very similar dish. Instead of adding green beans, I add peas to my recipe. I also add a teaspoon of chili sauce for a bit of a kick. Thanks for sharing. 🙏 😊
This whole vid pained me. Not sweating the onions first, throwing in the potatoes way late..that ground beef is going to be so mealy from cooking too long. Shouldve cooked the ground beef, then drained it and set it aside then cooked everything else
Thanks for your time watching my video and comment. I understand what you said but that is my style of cooking my ground beef. I didn’t drain it its because for me it gives more flavor to the dish and that’s my style on how to cook it. I just post and share the way i cook. I respect and understand you clearly. If you like it thats very good but if not that’s totally fine. Thanks and God bless you ☺️
yes already recook, i put additional nutmeg on the ground beef (i like nutmeg haha) @@graciellewilliams2016 i make it a meal prep, cook a lot and freeze it.
@@graciellewilliams2016 I don’t cook any where as good as this :( I gave it a shot with what I had in the cupboard and fridge with ground turkey and mixed vegan Les and onion and garlic. Still good! Just not as fresh as this!
I grew up eating this dish. I still make it today,.. all the time. I ran across this looking for something deferent to do with ground beef. This is a good one and easy to fix. Still love it! Where does this dish come from, it's origin?
i am a Filipina and i love making my own recipe. we always cook that kind of dish but with out beans now i just try to add the beans and it comes up very good! haha.. thanks so much for watching my short video. i dont know where this dish come from all i know is we Filipino love to eat and like that kind of dish
@@lisaarmstrong3428 Hi! i dont really have an idea where this recipe come from. but in the Philippines we usually make this kind of food because we filipino love this kinda food hehe. thanks for your time watching my video, Merry Christmas!
the ingredients are all in the video (ground beef, black pepper, salt, garlic, onion, potatoes, carrots and green beans) and to be honest i really don't check or look at the time every time i cooked.. im so sorry belgnbor
You know... 10 Yeats ago real meat didn't give off this much water. Anything ground meat gives off so much water. Cooking it is like your boiling your meat. Fresh chicken thighs and breasts too. Same. Full of water. 😶😬
I dont know what happen to your dish but all i know is I did it right. I dont put any bla bla in to my recipe or video to look nice or yummy. Sorry to hear that argent2020. All my food videos here in my channel are real no fake in short what you see is what you get but still thank you for watching.
@@graciellewilliams2016 Hi, no no no, you cool. You didn't do nothing, it was me. My bad, I didn't have all the ingredients and the substitutions I did are to blame ;) You're great. See if you can make "Carne Mechada", which is a plate from Argentina ;)
That’s not grease per se. it’s the water. If you let the meat brown before breaking it up you’ll see a significant difference in fluid. The meat will be more flavorful. And less steam like.
My grandma would use the base ingredients ground beef, potatoes, and carrots. My mom would throw in the frozen mixed vegetable bag that contained green beans in it. But most foods are universal, and grow with more ingredients available. But In our culture we would call this picadillo. Great video though
yeah, don't even entertain hateful comments. I see you interact with them but in all honesty, they probably don't know how to cook. I work as a chef in a dusit hotel so I know what I'm talking about. I have never seen any chef drain off the water from cooking ground beef but instead we reduce it until the water is nearly or completely gone. and for the oils that come out, those are the meats love juice and they also bring out a good amount of flavor. If that is not true, then people wouldn't be buying beef tallow or any animal fat for that matter. anyway, you do you and stay clear from negative comments. keep up the good work. maybe change or tone down the music @@graciellewilliams2016
Hi! Thanks for watching my video.. theres a garlic there. the ingredients are ground beef, garlic, onion, black pepper, salt, carrots, potatoes and green beans that's it.
Hi Sir Good Day! Thanks for watching my video. To be honest, if I'm cooking I don't pay attention to how much time I consume. I just cook my dish hehe but maybe something like that but I'm not so sure Sir Darrell But again thanks for watching have a great day!
Hi! To be honest I don't know really the name of this kind a dish because I just made it in my mind this is my own recipe that’s why the title of my video is Ground Beef Recipe hehe but thank you for your time watching my video ☺️
Hi! Thanks for watching my video.. to be honest i really don't drain the sauce or the juice of the beef because for me it give more flavor but sometimes i drain it its depend on what kind of dish i make..
whoa... slow down girlfriend... I'm a recent bachelor and I'm not too comfortable in the kitchen yet... this recipe looks delish but I simply can't follow it at that speed and without more direction... can you help me??
@@graciellewilliams2016 you are too kind... when I read your reply, I noticed you had listed the ingredients 4 months ago... I missed that on the first go 'round... but I'm still not clear what it is you're adding in the very first step... is it stewed tomatoes??
Hi! Actually, Sir, I don't really pay attention to the time and you said duration. for me as long as all ingredients are cooked I'm good to go. First, il put the ground beef let it brown for a bit then pud salt and black pepper mix it together then add garlic and onion mix it together and put in to a boil then add the potatoes and carrots when the potatoes and carrots are already half cook add the last ingredients the green beans then mix all together cover them wait if everything cook then good to go! Make sure your rice is ready haha that's it! Thanks! Ps: sorry for my English hope you understand 😫
Hi! thanks for watching.. What do mean? just try this recipe i'm pretty sure you will love it and if not don't watch any of my videos and forgot this channel i just try sharing my own recipe but yeah thanks again for watching, God bless
wow really? you are so kind person saying that and hopefully you have a bless life..... but don't forget karma is a BITCH... DUMMY!!! Thanks for watching
I don’t know about the black folks or any other folks besides Irish all I know is we like our ground beef seasoned to perfection this this is nonsense barley seasoned
Hi! I respect your opinion that’s fine Sir if your ground beef is good or better then stick with it and I stick with my ground beef too.. have a blessed day
I don’t know about the black folk or any other folks besides Irish all I know is that I literally do not care lol super unnecessary let people cook what they want
for me maybe not everyone favor on what i said but for me that kind of grease makes my dish more flavored and more delicious. Thanks for your comment and watching my video..
Another bashers opinion haha👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 POOR food recipe???? what ever you called I DONT CARE. 😂😂😂I respect everyone’s or your opinion and feel free to say what ever you want to say…. Garlic and onion are the big factor but that’s not the only ingredients gives flavor to the food… anyway thanks for watching my video chef! 😂
weird combo of ingredients, adding more doesn't necessarily help to taste. also lighter music would go better with cooking unless you are literally doing wok stir fry
why you don't try first before saying any nega comments. i know that is your opinion and i know that is only simple and NORMAL dish or what ever you called i just wanna share my own recipe and if you don't like it then that fine with me. Thank you for visiting my channel and belated Happy New year. @randomstuff4997 @arandom8280
