Great Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a smashing exclusive guide for learning how to hack your flow state without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy finally got astronomical success with it.

I dedicated it to a man I know who keeps leading women on and using them. I figure someone that messed up needs it the most.

This is just superb, I have been researching "how do you meditate to lower blood pressure" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Ganlizabeth Preliminary Genie - (do a google search )? It is an awesome one off product for discovering how to get abundant success using meditation without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

After days of isolation, currently right in the middle of a global pandemic, I came back to this video for meditation. It’s been a while since i’ve practiced but it felt good to meditate again. I dedicated it to my mom, who struggles with mental health issues and is terrified like me. We both have PTSD. Thank you for making this resource, Its a beacon of light in this darkness we are living in.

our way of expressing these concepts always attracts me, and nothing, but nothing compares with it-- the tone, the depth of spirituality, I can't put it into words. Your Manifesting Manual is something I can read over and over and soak up. I am in process of making the routine a solid part of my life, and it has made a difference! I LOVE your 12 meditations too ru-vid.comUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq I know I am a different person after 9 months with Super Manifestor, and in process of continued positive change! You deserve accolades every day of the year! Keep on with everything, and as we say in Spanish, ANIMO! Lots of love and every blessing to you both.

Still daydreamed a lot. Lost focus with school work because of online dating app. Anyway i felt good again today after this meditation!

I used to practice jeet kune do. My instructor would call what you are experiencing moving meditation. Runners would call it a runner's high. It's when you bring your focus to a single motion and your body takes over. Do you usually feel upbeat and positive afterwards? These days we are too busy trying to do too many things, multi tasking, social media, & hustling that we don't have time to slow down and replenish. I'm sure what you do is very beneficial for psychological health and overall happiness.

Got emotional at the sending of good energy part. Thought went straight to my mother then 2 of my friends who I know actually need it due to recent discussions. My mother as due all always need that extra boost. They carry so much on their shoulders. Knowing I was vibing to them that energy has tear to my eyes. Idk deep deep happy shit I sent I guess.

I found this very useful but i do have a question. What do i do if i cant get in a comfortable position sitting straight up for a period of time. No matter how i do my legs i cant relax my arms bc i have to hold up my back with them bc my back hurts. Does it have to be in that position or can it be in others. I did have a couple of moments before the pain set in that were relaxing but it doesnt take my back long to start hurting. What do i do?

HERE ARE 12 TIPS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN MEDITATION 1. START SMALL Dont try to sit for long hours Just a few minutes every day is sufficient. make sure you meditate frequently, just a few minutes at first. Then gradually add more time onto your meditation. 2. USE A TIMER Having a timer helps the mind not think about time. You can use any basic timer, but there are many really helpful apps that can help you to have track on your time 3. FIND A HAPPY, QUIET PLACE Finding quiet place is most important factor of mindful meditation. The less distractions, The more clear mind you can feel, the more productive your meditation will be. Also, meditating somewhere you feel good and being comfortable helps more. 4. SET AN INTENTION Remember the reason why you are meditating. It can be helpful to think about what you want to gain from the meditation before you start. and wont deviate your mind and thoughts. 5. FOCUS ON YOUR BREATH By focusing on your breath, you can easily begin to feel your mind clear up and being more in the present moment. Breathing is the most important part of meditation. The key is to focus your attention on your breaths. breathing will help you to focus. If your mind is constantly going in other directions, make sure that your breathing stays on track. 6. BE MINDFUL : How are you feeling? Worried, stressed, calm, or busy. Look at that feeling, feel it. Pay attention to it, don't pay attention to your daily life problem and situations. dont think about your past guilt or future worry. Understand what emotion you are bringing to the meditation, never bring any wrong or right thought while meditating. the only thing you have to do is to focus on your breath. 7. DO NOT JUDGE YOUR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS Be aware with all of the different thoughts and feelings that arise while you are meditating. Don’t judge YOUR THOUGHTS as good or bad thought, you just simply have to observe them, and let them go away. One of the foundations of meditation for me is realizing that I am not in control of my thoughts. In order to do that, you have to practice breathing exercise and write about your thought. 8. GET TO KNOW YOUR MIND The mind is the source of all suffering, and it is also the source of all happiness. Our life nowdays is full of distractions. It has become hard to pay much attention to our own thoughts. But we can do that by giving your mind and your thought processes the attention they deserve, you can get to know yourself much better. once you understand your mind it will be easy to make meditation as habit. 9. COUNT YOUR BREATH If your mind cant focus even after trying hard to maintain attension, try simply counting your breaths. count your breath backward from number 100,99,98..to 1 and do it multiple times 10. TRY A GUIDED MEDITATION As a beginner i wont suggest you but if you are serious about your meditation then you can buy online courses. There are many guided meditations courses are available online. or you can simply download apps from playstore. These help guide you through the process. and give you suggestion on where to put your focus. 11. JOIN A FRIEND OR A COMMUNITY At starting Try to do meditation if group of people are available with same mindset. First, since you are not the only one meditating, it holds you accountable for your meditation. Secondly, it is good to have support from people who have experience or are also interested in meditating. 12.STICK TO YOUR COMMITMENT When you are finished, be grateful and appreciative towards yourself for having meditated and for sticking with your commitment to it. You are doing something immensely great for yourself and getting to know yourself fully And lastly Learn to be patient. Start slow and start with a short amount of time and work your way into longer periods of time. the only thing you have to follow to make meditation as a habit is to practice practice and practice.
