I am a white grandma with a black 2 year old granddaughter. I came on to learn some more styles to do my baby girls hair. I raised my daughter & dis ok with her hair but I want to learn something different. This is perfect I love it & I think I will be able to do it on Jeovannas hair. Thank you! Your baby girls hair looks beautiful!
Don't know why this video popped up in my recommended but I'm grateful. My 2year old has a similar hair texture. This would be the perfect style for her. Thanks. It turned out beautifully 😊
My daughter was a busy body as well lol if you have not tried doing her hair while asleep, please do. It seriously saved my sanity 😂 I would lay her across my lap and do the quickest cutest styles I could think of. Now while doing this my parts weren’t perfect but baby girl was always cute 🥰 She’s 6 almost 7 now so hair days are a breeze after the wash and detangle is complete 😂
Thank you for the video. My baby has short hair and as much as I’d love to keep it styled, I needed to see some other styles relating to her hair length. 🤞🏾💓she doesn’t like me in her hair but when she sees her hair done she smiles
What products do you use? This is great! I'm a mom of three girls (possibly carrying another!) and I struggle with their hair most times as someone who was never great at doing hair lbs all my girls have different textured hair so I tend to just stick with my "safe" styles that I'm comfortable with doing. But now my older kids are complaining and I need new ideas 😅 also, my three year old is NEVER this calm while I'm doing her hair lmaoooo so it makes it even harder for me
@@whyask9864 I am a licensed cosmetologist and a mother. The elastics are okay to use because they hold better and are easy to remove. They don’t cause tension the way a regular “rubber band” does. Putting oil on rubber bands temporarily help with tension but overall aren’t good to use at all.
This video has over 740 thousand view with only 174 comments. 4.6k likes. Your audience is so called white people with mixed kids and single fathers. You didn't know that and was clueless till now. What would have increased your subscribers is first acknowledging this. Secondly lowering the music at certain parts and with slow motion explaining what your actually doing. Any way. I'm a single father and I enjoy doing my daughter's her, building a bond and showing her the comment a man should have with their child. Even know this isn't appreciated by certain others. Its about the memories with my daughter. And in thankful for videos like this that inspire more creativity and more bonding moments with me and my princess. Thank you so much. I'm going to guess that white stuff u put in her hair is leave in conditioner. I'm going to try this tonight. And lay my daughters edges tomorrow morning before day care. Thanks
She is soo adorable 😍 💕 I wonder if all that gel going in her hair is harming at all? I am 30 and I can NOT do gel I have still to find one that does not cause itch and dryness hair loss thinning where ever I place it on my hair
Yeah I was thinking the same thing I'm not a fan of jail or jam in my baby hair but I want those crisp fresh parts my braids be fuzzy cuz she has 4C hair.
Just did this for my 2yr old. One thing i tweaked was to comb twist before crisscrossing because some areas of her hair are shorter and the twists kept it together.
I just did my granddaughter with a connecting Mohawk and puffs in the middle but I don’t know what kind of get to make her parts crisp …… she has 4c hair and the parts look soooo a mess
Your welcome ❤️ & It’s up to on if you want to put products on her hair , if you do end up putting product on it I would recommend using cream based/gel based products specifically for babies..
@@gugudladla1046 yes it should definitely work with gel , but it also depends on the texture of your hair , I used the edge booster edge control for courser hair
