One of my favorite low-calorie meals to make air fried chicken rolled tacos and a salsa verde. And I do pressure cook the chicken also. I believe I only have access low calorie or thin mission corn tortillas not the best but they’re good enough once everything’s nice and crispy. I even do the same thing with the chicken and then have the tortillas and do rolled enchiladas with a low calorie red or green enchilada sauce. I’ve also done Al pastor taco salad with chicken instead of pork.
