I work from home full time,house work,cooking,cleaning,washing and with 4 children all under the age of 9. My husband still works out of the home. I appreciate these videos so much.

I have also been doing the rosemary infused oil soaks every once in a while.found it from you in one of your winter care videos I guess.you also introduced me to coffee scrubs(sugar/salt as base,coffee and olive oil)BEST SCRUB EVER.No other scrub works perfect for me as much as that does. I wouldn’t play with Lush shampoos. Their main ingredient is SLS and I lost half of my hair using their products on a regular basis. Couldn’t figure out what can be wrong with their “ natural products”, until read the ingredients.

Grape seed oil, a little castor oil, lavender and cedarwood essential oils... At least 20 minutes or overnight... My hair is normal but I dye it and its healthy and almost to my butt... Totally recommend. Thank you for the self care motivation.

I make my own DIY oil spray for my back then just point and spray over my shoulders. It works great for those hard to reach areas (pretty much your whole back). I do this after I get out of the shower, wait a few minutes and then put on my thick robe that won't show any remaining oil spots. Nothing delicate or fancy. Same with clothes. I live in NY so it's been sweater weather for months.

I think you’re supposed to ferment the rice water (once you take the rice out) and put covered in a dark place for 2 days until it has a sour smell then you can put it in the fridge to use
