@@DucCorgiTV I consumed 2 shakes daily + 1-2 meals. Also, I am an ectomorph and with this high-calorie and protein diet I observed gaining strength and muscle mass just a little but I haven't gained weight yet.

If anyone is looking for the macros ( might be a little off) : 897 calories (around 1000 if you used milk instead of water) 57.7g of protein (61 if you use milk) 35.52g of fat (39.22 if you use milk)

Macro estimate: 1000 calories, 60g protein. I would not recommend having a shake like this unless you have only ate like 1750 calories at the end of the day and need to fill in the rest

Dumb advice milk is bloating and increases inflammation and peanut 🥜 butter causes huge inflammation! You want things that are good for the gut not hard or bad for stomach! If you’re stomach is off then you’re mood is off and if you’re mood is off then your energy is off and if your energy is off then your attitude will be bad all day!

@@invertedmayo well to be fair.. the same and about the same even a few off doesn't mean the same. Just cuz the calories are the same doesn't mean olive oil helps you lose weight. It's a healthy fat. So of course if you eat enough of it it's not going to let you lose weight. Coconut oil with different. I don't think calorie intake has anything to do with what it can do for you

Olive oil is pure fat, yes, but it's still being mixed in with plenty of protein and carbs! PB works great too, though. This is just an alternative that also gives a very smooth texture!

Yup, work on building up muscle first. If you cut fat right away, you risk being a bit too small/skinny. Plus, building muscle makes it easier to lose fat in the long-run because you'll have a higher metabolism. It's still ultimately up to you though!

Advice: dont eat raw oats. The phytic acid in raw oats prevents nutrients absorbtion and not to mention the havok it causes in your stomach in the term. Talking from experience.
