We are back in the kitchen with another meal prep! We have been transitioning heavily to more animal-based meals. Thanks for being here.

Egg bites:
10 large eggs
1 and 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
6 strips cooked bacon or 1 cup bacon bits
2/3 cup shredded parmesan or cheddar cheese
1cup minced mushrooms
Greek yogurt tortillas (I double the recipe)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp honey (optional)
Mix well, serves 4, make into balls, roll with rolling pin, cook and enjoy
Chicken wraps -
2-4 cups cooked tenderloin or chicken breast, shredded
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup bacon bits
1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, chopped
1 tbsp ranch seasoning (to taste)
S & P to taste
mix all ingredients then wrap in yogurt tortillas - soo good!
Costco turkey wrap -
flour tortilla
spread 1 oz mayo
4 pieces sliced turkey
2 pieces Havarti cheese
two pieces of romaine lettuce
two slices tomato
