Both, infact no one actually realizes that it's mostly fabric stuffing and a few bags of sand, it ofc depends on the size and weight of the bag but if you tear one apart I bet you'll find a lot more stuffing then you will sand
Instead take too Cloths tht are used to store potatoes 😅 and Join them into one and then fill sand and then tie it Perfectly and its ok done no need to Use ur jeans😅
Yall kiddos dont understand bags with clothes are way better then sand, sand is very hard to clean if u need to and also it gets ruined easily its heavier is even worst u cant carry it and also clothes are also heavy
