Easy Homemade Tofurkey Holiday Roast! Gluten Free! 

I have never made or eaten tofurkey before I made this recipe. My whole life ive been an avid meat eater until these last 4 years I get an allergic reaction to meat. I doubled this recipe, made two loaves. oh. my. god. Vegan As Fork, you made my Thanksgiving with this roll! Fun to make, Easy to make, and Forking delicious! I enjoyed the flavor so much I ate every slice without gravy. I will be making this again. Much love, and I love the casual relatable style of video- made me feel more at home and like maybe I could make this recipe too. Looks great. I don't have to worry about gluten, but can be so fussy working with seitan. Plus I do like consuming less wheat and more other stuff whenever possible.

I’ve been loyal to the better than bouillon no chicken bouillon for years and I just bought a 6 pack but now I think I have to try the orrington farms. This recipe looks great definitely keeping it in mind for next time I want a roast.

In the video you mention granulated garlic but its not mentioned in the ingredients. How much garlic should be put in? Mine also is not as wet/spreadable, even with minimal tofu pressing. Thanks for the great recipe!
