Hi I wanted to say u r Spot On my grandfather worked as butcher in a store for 56 years and he showed me everything I know i worked with him for 14 years as a butcher and the 1 thing he always said wash the chicken 🐔 with lemon 🍋 and vinegar water it kills all bacteria your video is the first I have seen that is spot on so thank u for bringing back memories of my grandfather he is no longer here with me I am what I am today because of him he always made sure I was to know everything about everything the RIGHT WAY IN LIFE

@@thegofatsomolefe5424 after dry rub i put in IP for 5 minutes, quick release and directly coat with sauce. But i still finish it in the oven for few minutes. If you have air fryer can use it as well.
