It worked perfectly on my Ford Escape. Also you can cut the bottom of a 2 liter bottle of soda and use that as a bowl. That way you don’t make too much of a mess. Also you can used that same piece of the bottle to put the oil filter after you do your oil change. Let it drain that way when you have time to take it to get recycled you don’t have a mess to clean up afterwards
@@motorsmore5098 How did you get into such a small hole to clean it out? Also just had a rep from NGK sparkplugs tell me if there is any oil inside when you start the car they said the oil will splash around the inside of the chamber because of the combustion and get on the small white disk at the bottom of the plug (the porcelain part) and foul the plugs and that it couldn't be cleaned off. Also said the oil doesn't burn off and oil in there could cause other damage. Needless to say I was suspect of info as this person knew they were talking to a newbie.
I know the straw on your sprayer is very thin, but was wondering if it could work to cut the bottom of it at an angle so you can get further down the s. plug.
You can attach a zip lock bag or some other plastic bag over the front of the spray bottle top so the oil gets sprayed right into the bag and gets cleaned up easily ... Then ... Just toss the bag whenever you feel there's too much oil in it ... and grab another bag. ... or you can attach the bottle you took apart to use that spray top ... and spray into that ...
